Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Sample Collection
Cancellation eligibility depends on the time remaining before the scheduled sample collection slot:

24 hours or more before the scheduled slot
24 hours or more before the scheduled slot
→ 100% refund of the amount paid.

Between 6 to 24 hours before the scheduled slot
→ 80% refund of the amount paid.
→ 20% deducted as service and operational charges.

Less than 6 hours before the scheduled slot
No refund applicable, as phlebotomist allocation and logistics costs are incurred.
2. After Phlebotomist Assignment or Dispatch
- Once a phlebotomist has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation requests are not eligible for any refund, irrespective of the time remaining.
3. No-Show or Customer Unavailability
- If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled address or time, or refuses sample collection upon phlebotomist arrival, no refund will be issued.
4. BloodKart or Partner Lab Fault
In cases where the issue is attributable to BloodKart or its authorized partners, customers are eligible for:
- 100% refund, or
- Free rescheduling, as preferred by the customer.
5. Failed or Incomplete Sample Collection
If sample collection cannot be completed due to phlebotomist unavailability, technical issues, or operational constraints:
- Customer may opt for a free reschedule, or
- A full refund.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days.
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond BloodKart’s control.
7. Free Rescheduling
- Customers are allowed one free reschedule provided the request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled slot.
- Additional rescheduling requests may attract a service fee.
