1. Platform Role

BloodKart is a technology-enabled healthcare aggregator platform. We facilitate bookings and payments for diagnostic tests, health packages, and allied healthcare services offered by NABL-certified laboratories, trained phlebotomists, and verified service partners.

BloodKart does not directly conduct medical tests or provide medical diagnosis.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• By booking on behalf of another individual, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be prepaid unless otherwise specified.
• Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

BloodKart reserves the right to cancel bookings due to operational, technical, or compliance reasons.

4. Sample Collection & Service Delivery

• Sample collection is conducted at the scheduled time and address provided by the user.
• Users must ensure availability at the confirmed slot.
• Any delay due to incorrect details or unavailability may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Reports & Turnaround Time (TAT)

• Report timelines are indicative and may vary due to technical or medical reasons.
• BloodKart is not liable for delays caused by partner labs or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Multi-Category Services

BloodKart may operate across multiple healthcare categories including but not limited to:

• Diagnostic & pathology tests
• Preventive health check packages
• Corporate health screenings
• Home healthcare services
• Future healthcare-related offerings

Terms may vary by category and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

BloodKart shall not be liable for:

• Medical decisions taken based on reports
• Interpretation of test results
• Partner lab errors beyond reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Account Suspension

BloodKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of policies.
